Shipping & Digital Delivery
ClinicPro+ is a software-as-a-service product. Access is delivered online, so there are no physical goods or shipping charges.

1. Online access only
Your subscription provides access to the ClinicPro+ software through a supported browser. No courier, postal delivery, physical installation media or shipping address is required for delivery.
2. Trial and paid-plan activation
The 7-day free trial starts when trial access is activated for an eligible account. Paid-plan access is enabled after successful payment verification. A pending or failed payment does not confirm activation.
Access is normally available after verification. Manual checks or technical issues may delay activation. Separately agreed onboarding, migration or setup work follows the timeline provided for that service.
3. How you receive access
Use your registered account to sign in. Relevant onboarding and account communications may be sent to your registered email, phone or in-app account. Keep those details accurate.
4. If activation is delayed
If you have paid but cannot access the selected plan, contact support with your registered email and transaction reference. Avoid paying again while the first payment is being checked.
