Try first. Subscribe when ready.

7 days free. No refunds on paid plans.

Use the trial to assess whether the software suits your practice. Once you purchase a paid subscription, fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or a verified billing error needs correction.

1. Your 7-day free trial

New eligible accounts can evaluate the service for 7 calendar days from trial activation. No subscription fee is charged for the trial. Trial access and included features are shown during onboarding.

To continue after the trial, choose and pay for a plan. Starting a trial alone does not authorize a paid subscription or an automatic debit. If you do not purchase a plan, trial access ends when the trial expires.

2. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable

Payments for monthly or yearly subscriptions, renewals, add-ons and any separately agreed setup services are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. There is no separate 7-day refund window after payment.

We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for unused days, partial use, a change of mind, accidental plan selection, or deciding to stop using the service. Please review the selected plan, billing period, features and total charges before paying.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can request cancellation through our Contact Us page or by emailing support@clinicpro.care from your registered email. Include your clinic name and subscription or invoice reference.

Cancellation stops future renewal of the subscription; it does not reverse an existing payment. You can use your paid plan until the end of its current paid period, unless access is suspended for a breach of the Terms.

Auto-renewal applies only if it was disclosed and you explicitly authorized a recurring payment mandate. Request cancellation before the next billing date. If a payment mandate is enabled, you can also revoke it with your bank or payment provider.

4. Billing errors and payment issues

If you see a duplicate debit, an incorrect charge, a payment without activation, or an unauthorized payment, contact us promptly with the transaction ID, date and registered contact details. Never send a password, OTP, full card number or patient records.

We will investigate with the payment provider. A verified excess or duplicate charge will be corrected. If a refund is due under applicable law or to correct an error, it is returned to the original payment method; the processing time depends on the bank and payment provider and will be shared during resolution.

This policy does not restrict your statutory rights or your right to raise a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

5. Need help before purchasing?
